People: Trying to find a job and need to sharpen your skills? We provide hands-on, contact center training using modern hardware and software. Participants gain two weeks of valuable customer service training to prepare them for a multitude of job opportunities. If needed, a third week of supervised assistance is available on an individual basis at no extra cost.
NEW: One week of free self-guided computer training for MS Office (Excel and Word). There will be a staff member on hand to assist participants. This is FREE to anyone registered for Contact Center training. The lab will be available for this self-guided training the week prior to the Contact Center training.

Welcome to the SVRC Contact Center
The Training Program component was successfully launched in May of 2009. We are currently seeking overflow call contracts as well as providing outsourced contact center services.
Location: The SVRC Contact Center training center is located at 1000 Tuscola, Saginaw MI 48607. Two blocks south of I-675 and just east of 2nd street. Click here to view a map.
Contract Services
SVRC is available to provide Contact Center solutions for your business. Overflow call volume and outsourced call hosting options are available to fit your individual business needs.
Equipment and Capacity: SVRC uses the Avaya operating platform with IP Office. The IP500 control unit is used for the phone system and the Avaya 5410 model phones are used in the training program and in the operation of the contact center. Students and employees have access to Dell Optiplex 360 computers with Windows XP operating system
SVRC has capacity for over 200 workstations and CSR agent seats. Currently, 10 workstations have been reserved for training purposes and the remaining capacity is allocated for potential contract work and handling overflow calls for organizations.
